7:45 am- Families meet at FBC Corbin (or arrive for drop off).

8:00 —11:00 - Van and carpool leaves and drives to Newport Aquarium (approx. 2.5 hour drive)

11:00 – 12:30 – Arrive at Newport Aquarium and begin exploring!

12:30 – 1:15 – Lunch at the Newport Aquarium (Lunch provided for kids; Average meal cost for adults: $10)

1:15 — 2:00 – Finish Exploring Aquarium (Deep Sea Scavenger Hunt!) & Group Photo

2:00 – 3:00 – Sweet Dreams Candy Company for ice cream & candy

3:00 – 5:45 – Return to Corbin

5:45 – Pickup at FBC Corbin (or taken back to their homes by FBC if needed)

Our theme this year for VBS is DEEP SEA! To help us get excited for VBS in July, we are going to take a family field trip. We need to get a headcount for tickets, food, and transportation. Please fill out the following for every child and adult that plans to attend.

In Case of Emergency- I, the parent/guardian(s) listed above, authorize the adult, in whose care the minor has been entrusted, to consent to any x-ray, anesthetic, medical, surgical, or dental diagnosis, treatment, and/or hospital care, to be rendered under the general or special supervision and on the advice of any medical professional licensed under the Medical Practice Act whether such diagnosis or treatment is rendered at the office of said professional or at said hospital. I agree to be liable/pay all costs associated with any necessary treatment.
